All-inclusive rental: fully furnished with appliances, TV, washer-dryer, electricity, heating and internet included.
Located in the 1st Floor of a quiet triplex with parking on the street without vignette. Near an IGA within a 5-minute walk. Parking around the corner with Bixi.
Montly rental except when otherwise permitted

2 beautiful rooms all furnished and decorated in good taste.

You have access to the entire apartment
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood near 3 large parks ideal for sports and family activities. Grocery store 5 mins walk away, as well as a variety of restaurants. It's a 7-minute bus ride to the nearest metro station.
Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bus or bike. There's a Bixi service point nearby.
Interaction with Guests:
I remain available if needed.
