Oceanfront 2 BR/2BA in Beautiful Sea Village.

Stunning oceanfront views from the lanai, the sounds of the surf on the rocks, and the spirit of Aloha welcomes you to our home in Hawaii.

Sea Village is a beautiful oceanfront complex with well maintained gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbeques, parking, and access to snorkeling and scuba diving. While our condo and lanai have always been "no smoking", the entire Sea Village property is a no-smoking complex effective 2018.

The condo includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Open your lanai door and enjoy the ocean breeze. The town of Kailua (shopping, restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

We comply with all Hawaii taxation and transient accommodation rental rules. Hawaii tax registration GE&TA-053-524-4800, STVR-19-359358.

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, air conditioned, and it is in a very central location. The covered deck had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch surfers, see dolphins and watch the waves. The owners were very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo! The lanai was perfect and so relaxing, we even got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from there! Everything we needed in the kitchen including a blender! Bathrooms were clean and towels were so soft! Beds were so comfortable and welcoming after long travel. Full beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear! Books and puzzles as well as DVDs and guide books to use. Jon was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. The property was quiet and the pool was perfect! We're hoping next time we can come to big island we can stay here again!

Great location and place!

Loved all the food recommendations in the binder, they were spot on, location was great and enjoyed walking into town. Place was super clean, we loved spending time on the lani and enjoyed the beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and peaceful place! It was just as the pictures showed! Well stocked kitchen! Beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The pool was beautiful with great views of the ocean. There were grills and picnic tables to use in the courtyard. They were cleaned by staff every morning!

Short but sweet stay in Kona, HI

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the view out the balcony (er, lanai) of the cove was exceptional. Some fine details - the hosts provide just everything you might need - beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Definitely one of my better VRBO stays.

Great Location

What a beautiful property and central location to Kona and the Big Island. The owners completely set up their unit with everything to make your stay relaxing and accommodating, everything was well organized, clean and available for your use, a real gem and gorgeous view of the bay.

Nice condo

Good location close to the main attractions in Kona but far enough away to be quiet. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is easy and the sunset views from the lanai are great.
