Sunny villa with unique sea view!

Blue Pearl Villa is build traditionally with stone, constructed on two levels it can accommodate up to 8 people (upon request). The Blue Pearl Villa consists of 3 bedrooms fully furnished with A/C, open plan full equipted kitchen with all the electrical machines and cooking stoves , washing machine , living room with wood fire and two bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning heating, free internet , TV home cinema and radio CD . A barbecue is also available in the terrace.
The exterior is surrounded of a large delightful monitoring of the majestic sunset while you can admire the amazing terrace and a garden. The unique view of the sea offers a and wild mountains. Vehicles are safe with the existence of two private-free parking. The villa is just a 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach, and {about 10 minutes by car} from the famous Elafonisi. Elafonisi is called the Cretan Maledives, which is ranked fourth (4th) in the category of the world's most famous beaches.
There are two tavernas next to our villa (the closest up to 50 meters)they can provide breakfast or the local delicacies (on request) there is a mini market within 8 minutes drive which covers all your needs. On the way to the village there is a Petrol Station.

the villa is very nice and clean, it's very silent and chill there. the owner is so nice and helpful. you only have to know that you need to drive by car a lot to get anywhere :)

Great Stay at Villa !!!

The Villa is well equipped and located in a fantastic position (few steps from natural sea water pool, and few minutes to Elafounissi). The sunset that you can view from the big terrace are stunning. We spent a lovely week there with my family (5 children). A particular mention for our host, George, that is a person with a non common kindness: thank you again George.

Ein tolles ruhiges Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter hat bereits im Vorfeld Kontakt aufgenommen und war stets erreichbar. Perfekt. Die Zimmer mit Klimaanlagen waren super. Mein Highlight: die Aussendusche - man kommt vom Meer, parkt auf dem Grundstück und kann sich direkt abbrausen bevor es an den Grill, ins Kühle oder in den Whirlpool geht. Übrigens gibt es fussläufig ein wirklich tolles und leckeres Restaurant. Mini Market ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ich empfehle, sich nach Ankunft auf der Insel (Chania besser als Heraklion) in einem größeren Supermarkt einzudecken.

Relax, mare, idromassaggio

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. La casa è abbastanza isolata e permette la propria privacy. C'è un bella vista sul mare con vista tramonto. Nella parte alta della casa ci sono die stanza poi è presente un'ampia stanza al piano basso per arrivare alla quale è necessario passare da fuori. È presente una bella vasca idromassaggio regolabile. A circa 15 minuti di auto verso sud sono presenti market. Buona posizione per visitare la parte ovest di Creta. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e presente in caso di bisogno o richiesta di informazioni

Villa au calme

Très bon séjour dans la villa de Georges. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité vous serez servi ! Il faut être prêt à faire de la voiture pour faire des activités ou des courses mais on s'en accommode très vite. Si vous n'avez pas envie de prendre la voiture, la piscine naturelle en bas du village est une très bonne option.

Wunderbar erholsamer Familienurlaub

Dieses besonders schöne Haus mit Meerblick und hervorragender Ausstattung bietet ein sehr komfortables Wohnen in weitgehend unberührter Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Strand von Elafonisi ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Ausflüge nach Falassarna oder Paleochora sind ergänzend auch gut möglich. Rundherum ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Relaxing place for a get away from it all holiday

The property is immaculate - clean and well equipped throughout. George and his family were great managers of the property and worked hard to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Great views of the sea from the terrace of the villa. Livadia village is small. There are no shops in the village, but Gialites taverna serves great food. Great place for a relaxing holiday getting away from it all.
