Cozy and comfortable lower level studio apartment perfect for long term stays. Located in the highly desirable cultural center of Rochester-Park Ave neighborhood-just minutes away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We do not accept local guests. The property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.



The Space:

This is a recently remodeled studio apartment located on the lower level of a home with other Airbnb apartments. Entry is through the back door. Shared laundry in the basement. Everything in your apartment is used by you and only you.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the prestigious Park Ave neighborhood. It’s a short walk or drive to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too!



Other Things to Note:

I do charge an extra pet fee per pet. Please message me via the Airbnb app to discuss the price. I absolutely don’t allow any parties, events or smoking.



Interaction with Guests:

I live about 15 minutes away but am usually available immediately via cellphone call or text.
