A a great spot to stay for your visit to Louisville, close to major highways and major attractions. A mile drive to both major shopping malls and newly opened sites such as Top Golf. A built on deck for added luxury and a lot of open space inside for comfortable stay. 2 master bedrooms and one loft room for sleeping. One full bath and washer and dryer included. Plenty of parking space in the driveway and fenced in drive and yard in the back.

Great spot for the Kentucky Derby!

We really enjoyed our stay. Brad was great at communicating. The house was exactly as described. It's centrally located and had all the amenities we needed. No complaints from our end, smooth smooth sailing 100% of the way. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone else looking to go to Kentucky Derby!
