Minutes away from the famous Churchill Downs, Bellarmine University, the University of Louisville, downtown, the waterfront, three beautiful parks for outdoor activities, Louisville International airport and the eclectic Bardstown Road, Frankfort Avenue and NULU for the best restaurants, bars and shopping. Guests will enjoy 3 bedrooms (the master is the entire second floor) and 2 full baths plus a rear patio deck to enjoy the outdoors after a long day at the track or the festival. A back yard grill and fire pit extend the fun to the outdoors!

Perfect home for the 4 of us while visiting Louisville and surrounding attractions!

This was a perfect stay for 2 couples. One couple stayed in the spacious upstairs room with en suite bath, the other couple had the two bedrooms and bath on the first floor. The couple who stayed on the first floor had plenty of space and privacy as well. Since I am originally from the Louisville (the only native in the group) I knew we would be very happy In the great neighborhood with easy access to highways and major roads to access Louisville highlights as well as to venture further for Bardstown, Mammoth Cave, Bernheim Forest and more! Many restaurants are also close by!Additionally, it was a great walkable neighborhood and we walked a couple miles every morning to start our day. I highly recommend this property!

BEST HOUSE !

This is the second year that we have had the pleasure of staying at Theresa's beautiful house in Louisville for the bourbon and beyond festival. I stay in many many vrbo properties yearly and this is likely my favorite. The reason for this is not the charming clean and comfortable property with it's spectacular location, but because Theresa is an amazing host. She leaves personalized welcome treats and her attention to detail is amazing. For example, I asked about coffee makers and she bought a brand new Keurig with pods for our usage. She rocks. Thank you so much Theresa. We are crossing our fingers that we can come back next year.

Awesome House in Beautiful Neighborhood

A group of friends came to Louisville to attend Bourbon and Beyond Music Festival. I cannot say enough about what a gracious host Theresa is. This is her home and not only does it have every amenity but she stocks the house with fun treats for her guests. Her communication skills are awesome and gives a very thorough walk through of the house. The house is spotless and has tons of space. It is in a fantastic neighborhood. We went to the local watering hole, Shenanigans, which is just down the road, our first 2 nights. We walked over to Bardstown and were disappointed that we did not have the time to explore as we were busy with the festival. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting Louisville. We would love to come back. Thank you so very much Theresa for making our stay in Kentucky all the more memorable.

Rain, Cicadas, Mulberries, and Peace.

It was a lovely stay. We sat on the front porch and watched the rain and when it wasn't raining we were serenaded by the Cicadas. Found ripe mulberries growing in the beautiful back yard garden and in the evenings we enjoyed the back balcony. Thank you Theresa for a very comfortable visit. The house is well supplied and comfortable. A beautiful place.

Great Base to Explore Louisville, Responsive Host

I was in town for a conference with 3 members of my lab. The house was a perfect base of operations--clean, cute, comfortable, and well-stocked--with a great location. We did have some minor issues with heat and electricity, but Theresa was extremely responsive. She took steps to remedy the situation immediately, and generously offered to compensate us for the trouble. Overall a very positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this house which was located in a great neighborhood. Theresa the homeowner met us in person and she was very pleasant. The house has plenty of room inside and outside. There is an Irish pub within walking distance of the house that was fun and really good food.

Comfortable, Peaceful Neighborhood in Prime location!

This property was in the perfect location for the Kentucky Derby. Only a 15 min drive. Even getting to downtown Louisville was quick! The property itself was very comfortable and clean. Theresa made us feel very welcome and even included a nice gift basket of things for the Kentucky Derby!! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. We were able to eat out a couple of nights but also enjoyed barbequing at the house. There's a nice deck out back as well as a covered porch up front. I would highly recommend this house! Thank you Theresa for a memorable Kentucky Derby!!!

So conveniently located! Within walking distance to the eclectic Bardstown Road where you'll find great dining, shopping and bars! Bellarmine University is a mile away and the University of Louisville is only four miles away. And only a short five mile drive will take you Downtown, the waterfront and the NULU neighborhoods! Great parks for walking, running, cycling, tennis are within a few miles as well. You cannot beat the location!
