This is building three, 3001, tenth floor.

The pools are open and heated! The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts may not be open for a while. The unit is great! The beach is great! It is about a five minute walk across the street to the beach. We have everything in the unit for you to enjoy an awesome beach vacation!

This gorgeous tenth floor condo has been remodeled. From the moment you enter, you’ll feel the richness and warmth of the owners’ style and taste for quality furnishings and the details they have provided. We have beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a beach wagon to haul it all across the street. Also included are two bikes so you can get around town and see the sights. Whether you stay for a few days, a week, or a month, you’re sure to find peace and tranquility here.

We are Dave and Sharon Reeves. We live in Bloomington, IL. I grew up there. Sharon was born in Charleston, SC but moved to the Houston area as a young child. We met in Winter Park, CO while skiing in 1977. We married in 1980 and have lived in Bloomington since while raising two wonderful daughters.

Why they chose this property

We had stayed on Ft. Myers Beach several times. We loved it there, but felt held captive by the traffic. In March of 2009, we were lucky enough to book a vacation to Bonita Springs and stayed at the Beach and Tennis Club. We made an offer on a second floor unit and it was accepted before we left for Illinois. In January of 2015, while vacationing, we discovered this 10th floor unit with views of the Bay and the Gulf and could not resist purchasing a second unit.

What makes this property unique

This unit is on the tenth floor. The views very nice! The sunrises are beautiful! It is in a quiet spot in the complex-away from the traffic.
