While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.



This lovely Bonita Beach studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach will provide the perfect getaway for the discriminating beach lover! Updated & remodeled, and it comes with everything you need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!



The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .



The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed lanai.



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with hotel quality linens, and love the storage provided - no need to pack lightly here!



The full bathroom comes with a fully tiled, oversized shower, granite counter tops, and ample storage. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The kitchen in this condo exceeds what you may expect in a studio space! Beautiful granite counters, subway tile backsplash, large farmhouse sink, and full size upgraded stainless steel appliances create a space you will enjoy preparing meals in.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



"Pay per load" laundry is currently only located in building 1, 3 & 5.



The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
