This cozy cottage is located 4 minutes from downtown Sylvester, 30 minutes to Moultrie, & 22 minutes to Tifton. We are happy to accommodate guests for the Calico Arts & Crafts Shows, Moultrie Automotive Swap Meet & Car Corral, the Sunbelt Ag Expo, and other events requiring overnight lodging.

Clean, newly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park just out the front door. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well with the spacious backyard. The host had clear and easy check-in and check-out processes as well.

We needed a place close to Sylvester to visit our son. The park across the street had a lot of Christmas lights which we really enjoyed. Also enjoyed the walking path around the park. We will definitely be back!

Exxeeds expectations!Beautiful home/cottage located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved to drink morning coffee and enjoy the evening on the beautiful deck. The home is very nicely furnished, extremely clean and so comfortable. Host is very friendly, and attentive. Super easy check in. We certainly hope to return!htagain!again!neighborhood. Amazing experience
We were in town for a wedding and found this listing. We booked it and the pictures don't do it justice. The house was perfect for our family. Everything is brand new and felt like home. We absolutely loved the high ceilings in the living room and talked about building a house like it. We would recommend this house to anyone for sure. Thank you for the hospitality and everything was exceptional!
