The recently constructed back deck oasis boast 500 square feet of covered and screened deck space with gas fireplace, TV and outdoor kitchen. The beautifully landscaped back yard is completely fenced in for the safety of your children and pets. The newly renovated 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite) are equipped with a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. There is a two-car oversized garage for your use. Golf is also available for an additional fee directly through the Sea Palms Resort. Sea Palms Retreat will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St. Simons Island. So pack your bags and get ready for an excellent vacation experience!

We bought and updated (new kitchen, new covered porch, new outdoor kitchen, added a 2d master suite, updated decor, inside completely painted, outdoor patio and sodded and fenced backyard, and all bathrooms gutted and refinished) this house from 2022 to 2023 to live in forever. But opportunities knocked and we relocated for a new job.
Why they chose this property
Sea Palms is a wonderful golfing community located mid island to enjoy the full island offerings and only 10 minutes from the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Supermarket is 1 mile away.
What makes this property unique
The home is set on a large lot with massive old Oak Trees laced in Spanish moss on a dead end street for added privacy.
The house has plenty of space to spread out in and has two master suites and plenty of room for the kids in the other two bedrooms.
