Sip your favorite cocktail and grab a bite to eat poolside with friends and family. The Tiki Bar area also offers comfortable lounge seating, perfect for larger groups to gather. The community also features a swimming beach with a beach house, paddle boats, kayaks, a miniature golf course, restaurants, a market place, basketball courts, playgrounds, horse stables with pony rides and riding lessons, fitness center with personal trainer classes, fishing opportunities and much more.

Ski Big Bear is located within the same community as the home, which features skiing, snow boarding, and snow tubing across 18 trails. Guest passes provide a discounted rate for lift tickets.

The home is also in close proximity to recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, water parks, and more.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to all amenities in the community. Passes are not required if not using the amenities.

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the welcome center for a fee of $10 per person, per day. Passes cannot be used on the day of check out. (Maximum of 12 passes can be purchased during your stay).

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pools and beach access is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck #1: Features a gas grill and an outdoor lounge area.
Deck #2: Features outdoor netted seating for the whole family with a lounge area as well.
Backyard is equipped with a fire pit, children’s playground, hammock, oversized connect four game and plenty of space.

Cooking oil, salt, and pepper is not provided.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

Washcloths are not provided.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited)

This property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front and back of the house for security purposes. No indoor areas are monitored.
