We had the best time

The property is as describe, home was clean and comfortable and matched the description advertised. My family enjoyed our stay and the space acomodated us all perfectly. We had all pur grandkids in one space and they had a wonderful time together. Close by is a small shopping center with a few options for a quick meal and a grocery store that is convienent for your shopping for snacks and meals at the house. All the things you want to visit are close by. Would definetly book again when we visit DC.

It was a pleasure hosting Jennifer and her family. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. Also, our house was left in perfect condition. We hope that they will come back in the future!

Great house, not great area

The house was great and had all updated amenities. Everything was clean and the house had plenty of space. That wasn’t an issue at all. The location was conveniently located to all the DC stuff you would want to do. The concern was the area. We did not feel safe walking to the train stop. The nearest grocery store had a lot of loiterers and homeless near the entrance. We were woken up in the night by sirens, gun shots in the area, and neighbors having loud gatherings. While nothing bad or unsafe specifically happened to us, we just had an uneasy and unsafe feeling during our stay due to the circumstances listed.
