What makes this property unique
I love the neighborhood:
Being a resident of Eckington for over 2 decades, I have seen this neighborhood evolve from mediocre to exceptional.
Scenically, demographically, culturally, and recreationally for the good of all.
This is a very friendly and safe neighborhood with a strong sense of community.
Within the community is the scenic Metropolitan Branch Trail, with stimulating murals to capture one’s imagination, while walking or biking, bicycle rentals are nearby.
Alethia Tanner Park, with children in mind a playground, picnic tables and green grass for movie nights on the lawn, nearby restaurants, sports facility, recreation center, swimming pool, grocery stores, strip mall, bus stops, metro stations, and more, all within walking distance.
Eckington is central to many of downtown DC’s famous attractions, The United States Capital, The White House, to name a few, and just minutes away from Maryland and Virginia.
