Welcome to Seahorse Hideaway! This new construction family home is located in Crystal Beach, Texas, and is just a 3-minute walk to the beach. This amazing 1,800 sqft home with 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3.5 baths sleeps up to 14 with plenty of room! The house offers plenty of entertainment with two separate living rooms, two decks and a tiki bar on ground level. Upstairs living room includes foosball, children's art table, art easel and plenty of games!

Wake up to the beautiful sunrises and enjoy your coffee watching wildlife in the slough off of the back deck . Plenty of lounging is available on the main floor wrap around deck including a picnic table perfect for meals or crafts. Enjoy water views from comfortable seating on the upper deck. Offering two separate living spaces, the upstairs family room is set up for entertainment! The room provides two couches (one is a pull out), wine fridge and wet bar, foosball table, art easel, coloring table and DVD player with DVDs. The main level living room has a sectional sofa with a large Smart TV and is open to the dining and kitchen. The entertainment continues on ground level with a tiki bar with lights, hanging hammocks, chair swing overlooking the slough or multiple other lounge chair options. Come enjoy a relaxing family getaway at our home!

We have stocked the house with all the basics (including beach parking pass) to make the trip easier for our guests.

The house has 5 smart TVs so you can log in to your desired applications or cast from a smart device.

THE SPACE

The home was built in 2023 - 1,800 sqft home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There are two master suites, a large bunk room and a pocket bunk room. Each room has USB ports in the outlets to charge your devices! We also have a large dining table, two distinct living rooms for comfort and a picnic table on our main deck. There is plenty of outdoor furniture including tall POLYWOOD seats for lounging.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen has brand new appliances and a built-in breakfast bar. Fully equipped for cooking family meals. Brand new pots, pans, dishes, utensils and kid place settings. There is a Keurig that makes both individual K-Cups or a full pot of coffee.

LIVING ROOM:
There are two distinct living rooms, one downstairs, one upstairs. Downstairs is open concept to the dining room and kitchen. It has a large smart TV, a sectional couch, blankets and pillows for comfort. The upstairs living room has a large smart TV, two couches, one of which is also a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 guests, a foosball table, an art easel and a coloring table. There is a wine fridge and wet bar as well as a second story deck. There are DVDs and plenty of board games under the TV.

DINING ROOM:
The dining room is open and the beautiful large dining table seats up to 8 people.

BEDROOM #1:
The upstairs master bedroom has a built-in king-size bed, mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and two night stands. The upstairs master bathroom has a walk-in shower, water closet and double vanities.

BEDROOM #2:
The downstairs master bedroom has a built-in king-size bed, mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and two night stands. The downstairs master bathroom has a walk-in shower.

BEDROOM #3:
The 3rd bedroom bunk room. The built in bunks consist of two queens and two separate extra long twins. Each bed has its own reading light and charging station with USB ports. There is a mounted smart TV and a mounted enclosed fan.

BEDROOM #4:
The 4th bedroom is a pocket bunkroom with two extra long twins. The views from this bedroom overlook the second story deck and have some of the best views in the house.

The house has a stacked washer/dryer and we provide everything needed to run a load of laundry.

There is an outdoor shower and sink to rinse off after returning from the beach. Feel free to also use the hose as necessary. There are hose hookups on each level. There is also a charcoal grill outside for your use on lower level only.

Crystal Beach is known for finding large seashells, polished sea glass and depending on conditions you may even catch a glimpse of bioluminescent algae in the surf! Fishing from the beach is allowed so you can either partake, or make sure you set up 50 yards away. There is plenty of space on our beach!

Local attractions: In addition to the beach, there is small water park called “Fun town”, a miniature golf course called “The Gulf Range”, a water slide at “Fun Spot” and a Margaritaville on the island that has a restaurant and swim up bar. You can rent a golf cart from one of many local rental companies. The Big Store is a full grocery store and also has beach wear for anything that may have been forgotten.

Restaurants: The Stingaree, Nauti Beaver Hut, Fins Bar and Grill (Margaritaville), Tia Juanita’s Fish Camp, Danay’s Donuts. The island has lots of options if you don’t want to cook!
