The Sea Dragon is just a 2 minute walk to the beach with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great room, and loft. Bring the whole family or another family! We sleep 12-16 comfortably and the home was designed to gather with friends and loved ones. Downstairs there are 2 additional outdoor showers with hot/cold water. We provide all linens on the beds, beach towels, and towels for showering. When available free early check-in and late check-out is automatically given.

Located just off of South Crystal Beach Rd, approximately 500 feet from the beach, and an easy two minute stroll along the direct access road. Sea Dragon's central location makes it just a few minutes drive to groceries and restaurants. There is a gas station to fill up your golf cart on the direct beach access road too.

The Great Room features a well-stocked kitchen with a nearly 10 foot long island with 6 barstools, a dining room table that can expand to seat 12, and a 55" Smart TV and sleeper sofa to relax on! In the kitchen there is also a dishwasher, pantry, full size washer and dryer, and dishes and utensils for 24. There is a 72" ceiling fan in this large vaulted room with a remote. We provide a starter pack of dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and trash bags.

There are two wings on either side of the great room on the main floor. Each wing consists of a primary type bedroom, and a bedroom with built-in bunks, and bath that is shared between the two rooms. All bedrooms have mounted fans with a remote control. Each bed has 4 pillows and linens are all included. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and four rolls of toilet paper. The FREE Wi-fi is accessible in all bedrooms.

The loft on the second floor features a 50" Smart TV and wall-to-wall sectionals. There is over 20ft of seating for you to kick back and watch the big game or movies together. There are some toys and lots of puzzles and board games for all age levels.

Downstairs features 2 outdoor showers, a fish cleaning station and sink, propane grill, picnic table, deck box with beach toys, bench swing, hammock swings, and a web swing! There is also a conveniently located garden hose to make washing off your golf cart rental easy.

The outdoor showers have plenty of hooks to hang wet swimsuits and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We try to keep the the deck box stocked with 8 beach chairs, 2 different types of sunshades, 3-4 boogie boards, and sand toys (this is NOT guaranteed but we do our best, please notify us if anything breaks or is missing so we can replace them). Propane for the grill is also not guaranteed, we will reimburse you if you need to swap it out.

NOTES:
* Stairs: Home is only accessible via stairs at this time. There is NOT a lift.

* Security: There are external surveillance cameras to secure the property whenever the home is unoccupied. These are located at the outside stairs, doorbell, and under the house.

* Internet/Wi-fi: We have the best premium internet service on the island. We routinely work from the beach house, and see speeds up to 100 mbps down and 25 mbps up. Internet is NOT guaranteed as many factors out of our control that can affect its speed and connectivity. However, living at the beach the entire summer we only lost internet service once. Please do not use the wifi to download large video games or the service will be disabled.

* Pets: If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee of $100 (per stay) is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The home is not fenced.

* Parking: There is parking for up to four vehicles. 2 under the home next to the garage and 2 parking on the gravel driveway.

* Children: Children are welcome. Parents are responsible for ensuring the safety of children inside the home and outside of the home. The home is child friendly, but not child-proof.

* Security Deposit: In lieu of security deposit guests are required to purchase a $59 insurance policy for up to $1,500 worth of damage. Damage must be reported prior to check out.

Crystal Beach is located on Boliver Peninsula. It's a great place to relax with soft sand and gentle waves. Our family loves to boogie board, go crabbing, fish from the surf, and have bonfires on the beach. Most summer weekends you can even see fireworks on the beach, or bring your own to light off!

You can cruise the 27 miles of beach in your car, ATV, bike, or golf cart. There are many golf cart rental providers in the area and they will deliver and pick up from our home. Parking on the beach requires a $10 parking pass that is valid for the entire year, they are easy to purchase at the gas station or grocery store.
