We are pleased to hear that Poseidon Haus served as a clean and spacious escape for your families during Hurricane Helene, and we’re glad the kids and pets had room to run and play. However, we are disappointed to read about the minor issues you mentioned, particularly because throughout your stay, you never communicated any discomfort. In fact, you even stated that you would consider returning, which led us to believe your stay was positive overall. We would have gladly resolved any concerns had you informed us at the time. Additionally, we must address that you did not mention the significant damages caused during your stay. These included moving the TV to another room, breaking the showerhead, damaging and staining the walls, and breaking the screen door. We strive to provide an excellent guest experience, and in return, we expect honesty and respect for our property. While we were happy to accommodate your early check-in and ensure your comfort, integrity and mutual respect are crucial in any host-guest relationship. For these reasons, we will not be able to host you again in the future. We value transparency and honesty and expect the same from our guests. Wishing you and your family all the best.
