About this property

2-bedroom house in Higden with 24x30 covered parking for boats and lake toys!!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house located close to Greers Ferry Lake. Set on a hill not far from Lacey's Marina. Ample parking plus 24x30 covered parking with overhead lighting and an electrical outlet available with plenty of room to park your boats and other lake toys.. The Driveway for this property is over 20 feet wide at the road for easy backing in and out with boats, jet ski's, side by side trailers.

The basics, Linens, Towels, Etc... will be available. you will need to bring your own soap, shampoo, and toiletries..

There will be starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags onsite at your arrival.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed

Bedroom 2- Queen Bed and a twin over full bunk bed

Living Room- large sectional couch that could sleep two people if needed

Additional Rules:
No Smoking Inside. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts

Pet Policy: Two housebroken pets up to 65 lbs. are allowed. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds. Do not leave pets at the house if you are not there with them unless they are left in a crate.

No parties or loud music, please be respectful of our neighbors

Please leave the property in the condition that you found it. If concerned with something at time of check in, please do not hesitate to take a picture and message us to assure you will not be held liable. This is for your piece of mind and ours as well. We do our best to keep up with any issues, but do miss sometimes.

Guests must remove personal items from fridge and property at time of checkout.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets not to be left alone unless they are in a crate.
Please keep pets off of furniture and beds or additional cleaning fees may be assessed for hair removal.

Higden house

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. My only complaint would be we found either dog or cat hair on all the bedding, so I’m not sure they’d been washed. I’m also allergic to dogs and cats, so I had allergy issues during our stay. Would be a great place to come back with our kids due to the number of beds.
