Samuel Tucker House - Downtown Luxury 2 Bedroom Condo

Presenting the newly restored Samuel Tucker House. Located in the heart of Marblehead's downtown and walking distance to local shops, restaurants and beaches, this bright and charming newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is a masterful blend of historic detail and modern design. Amenities include a private entrance, open concept living and dining areas that connect to a nicely appointed kitchen, fireplace, workspace, washer/dryer, central A/C, exterior dining area, and dedicated parking.

The Samuel Tucker House is located in the center of Marblehead and the historic building has just undergone a thoughtful two year renovation and restoration project. Guests will have full access to the first floor unit and private deck. The large stainless steel kitchen has a prep island with stools that opens up to the dining area and living area with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The primary bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, also has a linen closet and plenty of clothing storage for longer stays. The second bedroom sleeps two (it has a twin size bed and another twin size trundle bed stored below) as well as a dedicated work space and the bedroom is in close proximity to the second full bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. Guests will also have access to a stacked washer and dryer in the unit as well as the exterior dining area located on the side deck. The space has everything you need to enjoy your Marblehead stay.

Relaxing, Clean and Quiet. The Samuel Tucker House has everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is perfect and is in walking distance to historic sites, restaurants and shops. The property Manager Bryan was the best! He eased our booking and check-in process, offered us ideas for things to do in the area and his assistance if needed during our trip.

This is a beautifully renovated apartment that was very comfortable for our family of 4 traveling for a family event. While the parking space was a bit tight , our stay at the Samuel Tucker house was amazing. Very clean , quiet , and close to many places to eat and shop! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Very nice location with great restaurants nearby, minutes away from Salem. The property was very clean and had extras like snacks and k-cups included. The twin bed and twin trundle was a bit tough for adults, but everything else was great!

Easy stay in a beautiful town

My daughter and I needed a quick stay over. This was easy for us to get to her house in Salem. All the amenities were taken care of. Plus parking ! Loved it !

Stayed two nights. Manager accommodated us with early check in. Snacks,bottled water and coffee provided… very nice bathroom and comfortable bed,as older travelers we found the furniture a little low for comfort but overall a very nice place… convenient to Salem and Boston, would also recommend the Essex Scenic Byway.

Overall the property was lovely. On line it appeared to be bucolic, more private. Both of which we value highly. There is quite a lot of construction right next to condo, which began slightly after 7 am which we did not appreciate. Bryan was quick to respind to a question I asked, as well as helpful and courteous.
