Great Value

We enjoyed our stay the food and drinks were good. The room was nice but could use a few repairs. The cleaning lady was very good and timely everyday. The VIP staff wasn,t much help at all and they will just tell you anything just to get you to move on. We loved the VIP Beaches and the staff there were great. A very nice vacation for 2 weeks and we are ready to go again.

We're so happy you enjoyed your vacation! Thank you for your observations regarding repairs and the VIP staff! We're sending an email to our customer service representative to note your comments. If you have a moment, could you drop us a note on the type of repairs that you noted so we can specify to the resort? We really enjoyed working with you to plan your two week getaway! Communicating with you was easy! We hope to be your planning partners in the near future! All the best, Gayle and Cynthia

Beautiful Place

I highly recommend Cynthia. She was very helpful and always available to answer all my questions. In terms of my vacation, it was extraordinary, more than what I expected. The VIP areas have everything you need. The location is beautiful and they have everything you need. Food, beaches, pools and customer service are all great. Even though I encountered some issues because they had the wrong amount of people on the reservation, they were able to get the problem fixed (it took them about an hour). That was my only problem with this vacation. I am planning to book another vacation to go back soon and will use Cynthia again.
