I booked this property at the last minute when another rental cancelled on me. I received very prompt confirmation and information about my stay which was a huge relief. Communication and photos were very helpful upon arrival and any questions or concerns were promptly answered. We loved that this property was only a block or so from the water and close to Loyola University!

Cute apt, very clean and bright, nice decor felt comfortable in the building and neighborhood. My only gripe is the parking, but that’s the whole city, so I can’t count it against the host, he was very responsive to our questions.

Definitely recommend this property

This property was perfect for us. The location was great. It was very close to the beach and train station. The place was spotless, and the host was quick at responding to all emails. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend.

Great location

Well lit, excellent spot. Beds were very comfy!! Kitchen set up well for a variety of tasks. Parking was a little challenging but eventually found a street spot nearby. Bedroom walls were thin so had to use my own noise machine, would recommend bringing one. Very nice decor! Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We spent the weekend, with a family of 4. Great location, comfortable beds, 5 minute walk to public transportation. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it seemed stocked enough to cook. The only issue we had was thin walls. A noise machine or noise app helped a lot. We will stay again when we come in town.

Wonderful home.

This apartment is lovely. The set up is great, two nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The place was spotless.We had a small issue with the flushing mechanism and the host was immediately responsive and solved the issue quickly. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Roger’s Park. My only real issue was that parking was hard to find, butPatience prevailed and we got spots near the building. I highly recommend this home.

Loyola move-in

The apartment perfectly met our needs for moving our daughter into college this week. Neighborhood was safe and walking distance to Loyola, many restaurants, and the Jarvis red line stop. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and our host replied to my inquiries very promptly. Added bonus was the shared workout space for the apartment complex and the nearby parking garage that allowed us to store a carload of dorm essentials safely before move-in. Will definitely stay again when visiting our daughter at school.

Great location to wrigley field. Close to transit. Close to the water. Felt safe walking in the neighbourhood.The accommodations were spacious and clean Yahya was responsive and accommodating to all of our questions Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
