We had a nice stay. It’s an easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and The Edge Theater. It had all the amenities in Chicago style. Very clean, booking and communication was easy and responsive.
Expensive but immaculate and aesthetically pleasing apartment in a very nice area. Reasonable drive to downtown Chicago and plenty of food/drink options in the Andersonville neighborhood.
Nice apartment with easy access to downtown Chicago
We had a nice stay and would stay again the next time we are in Chicago. Easy check in and Jim was prompt with responses. Apartment is walking distance to bus stop and red line train. Cute, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!
This is a great apartment. I have no suggestions for making it better. It is cute, comfy, and super clean. Loved the neighborhood and the owner was easy to communicate with. Loved it!
Apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Nothing was lacking. Host was very responsive to any questions. Great location in Andersonville neighborhood. Walked to restaurants, grocery store and shops on Clark Avenue.
I want to be clear that all my reviews consist of constructive uplifting info to help someone! I have stayed at a lot of properties through Vrbo! But I must say this was the most beautiful .This unit is absolutely mind blowing! It is so well well done colors, decor and quality. It was immaculate very warm and welcoming and and also located in a prime super safe beautiful neighborhood on the north side of Chicago a 10 min walk to some of the best bars and restaurants and also a large gay community with bars and restaurants.this was a staycation for my husband Birthday and I was overjoyed when I walked through the door of this fully equipped unit with amazing beds decor and an outstanding kitchen that offers everything you need and a gorgeous modern bathroom…everything about this unit starting in the entry way clean modern and super beautiful…the only constructive criticism I have is there is a back door that leads in to a back storage area that look really nice but it’s a little creepy because the top of the door is glass and it Looks into the back bedroom! It would be nice if they owner could frost that glass so you can’t see in the unit. Also check in was 3pm but I didn’t receive check info until after 4pm once I emailed the owner. I know things happen it was not a prob…I just know owners want you check out exactly at 11pm and renters expect the same to check in exactly at 3pm.PLEASE PLEASE DONT PASS THIS UNIT UP!
Close to the heart of Andersonville and CTA red line. Apartment was very clean, recently renovated with all new appliances and beautiful vintage elements. Communication with owner was excellent. Cute outdoor patio.
Loved this property. Excellent area and not a problem finding parking. Jim was great to communicate with and the chalk board was a really nice touch. We especially fell in love with the heated bathroom floor. Until next time❤️
Location was perfect. Only a few block to my son's home. Easy access to the property. The keyless entry was great. The furnishing were very comfortable and all the rooms were nicely decorated. The coffee maker was a big hit.
Beautiful place. The only problem was the closet light going off all night the first night and starting at 3:20 am the second night. It was finally dealt with by night 3 but led to two sleepless nights.
Quick and easy to get to and into the property, plenty of street parking. Space was fresh, clean, with plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy together or seprately after a fun day exploring the neighborhood. You’ll love it!
The apartment was absolutely amazing! It’s locations was absolutely perfect as well as the neighborhood! The pictures, however, do not do it justice! My daughter described it as her “ dream Chicago apartment”! Communication with owner, Jim, could not have been any better! We will definitely try to book here again for future visits to Chicago!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything you can wish for is provided. Beds were especially comfortable. Plenty of free and safe parking nearby. Quiet area with lots of eateries nearby and a 5 minute walk to supermarket. A 15 minute walk to the red line (a day pass on CTA only $5) and quick train journey into central Chicago. Good communication with owners, who were very helpful! Only wish we had stayed longer, as plenty to see and do - we enjoyed our trip to the Skydeck of Willis tower and also the architecture boat trip from Navy Pier!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Andersonville is an amazing neighborhood. The apartment was clean and easy to find and Jim was a great host. Thank you so much for having us!
