Welcome to A Wave from it All 2, just a few steps away from the beach and a short Golf Cart or car ride to the famous Flagler Ave. This pool home, situated on the right side of a multi-unit property, offers a private fenced backyard and pool for your enjoyment.

The clean and comfortable interior features Smart TVs and WIFI in all rooms. The tiled floors make it easy to clean up sand, a constant reminder that you're at the beach!

Upstairs, discover a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and a convenient ½ bath. The kitchen includes essentials like a Keurig, crockpot, and an air fryer built into the stove. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room to step onto a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, complete with a gas grill, fire pit, and large outdoor sectional for your entertainment or relaxation. Please note that balconies are semi-private.

Downstairs accommodates 6 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a full-size laundry room. A screened-in patio off one of the bedrooms is perfect to bring the outdoors in!

Smart TVs and WIFI are available in all rooms.

Enjoy the outdoor space with a fully fenced backyard featuring a semi-above-ground pool—ideal for kids to play around.

Beach essentials are provided, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. An outdoor shower on the side of the house allows for easy cleanup after sandy beach days.

Parking is ample, accommodating up to 4 cars or 2 cars and a boat. Kindly park on your side of the home to ensure courtesy.

Things to Note:

-For security, two exterior cameras are in place—one at the front and the other at the back due to the pool.
-This home has 1.5 bathrooms.
-This is our home away from home; we hope you respect it and have a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Great Vacation Home

We had a great experience! The house was very clean and had a short walk to the beach which we loved. Our kids loved the pool and there was plenty of places to sit to watch them either in the sun on the top deck or in the shaded patio below. They also provided lots of great places to eat as well!

Everything was wonderful!!! The owners communication, the property and of course New Smyrna beach!!!! The property is very close to the beach… you cross Atlantic Avenue and then another block!

We were looking for a pet friendly rental close to the beach. The home was one block from the beach. From the owner to the property, the experience was excellent and above expectations. Home furniture and appliances are updated and modern. Home had an outdoor shower and small pool which was nice to hit after the beach.

Daytona 500 Trip

Our group consisted of 6 guys aged 60-65 that traveled here from Louisville KY for what has become an annual trip for us to the Daytona 500. This 3 bedroom, 4 bed (6 w/supplied cots with mattress) worked great for our crew. The townhouse with 1 1/2 baths looked to be recently “refreshed”, was very clean, and has nice amenities, I.e. pool, deck with gas fire pit, enclosed patio, smart TV’s, and Wi-Fi service. The printed guide book provided by the owner had great recommendations for restaurants in the area and things to do. I highly recommend booking a stay here.
