Dog Friendly Home with Private Yard, Office & Fire Pit! STEPS to the Beach!

Welcome to true NSB living! This magnificent beachside beauty features vintage balinese charm with plenty of space for you and your group to relax during your stay! Unwind in the private fully-fenced zen yard after a fun-filled day at the beach immediately nearby or recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped kitchen! Working remote? Tap into your productivity while on vacation in the minimalist office space with blazing fast fiber Wi-Fi internet and plenty of natural light!

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The booking guest must e-sign Rental Agreement prior to check-in. A separate $250 USD Security Hold will be scheduled on your card when you book.
Please report if you'll be traveling with pets. Pets are not permitted on any furniture and must be cleaned up after. Primary renter must be a guest.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is permitted; $250 USD fine for violations. Two (2) cars max per booking.

Great rental and location. Close to everything but in a residential, low traffic, quiet neighborhood. We travel with a dog, so a private, securely fenced backyard is the main priority when we book a rental, it was perfect for our needs. Tile throughout, making it easy to keep vacation floors clean (I detest sand and grit during a beach vacation:)

Pictures matched the home. The home was clean. It had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Close to downtown. I did ask the host a few questions while there and he was extremely responsive. There was almost an immediate reply to email. The best thing i can say is that we will look forward to returning next year!
