This relaxing, stylish, family friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, & master en suite single family house located on a dead end in the Hampton "Village District" is a short walk to Hampton Beach(2 blocks) and all the Boardwalk has to offer. The public bathrooms are conveniently located as you you walk to the beach, making it easy to pack up the beach toys and sunscreen to spend the day in the sun and sand.

Family Vacation 2025

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! Easy walking distance to the beach. Plenty of space and clean. Plenty of room outside for the Grandkids to play.

Amazing property -- Incredible stay!

We had a fantastic stay. Michael & Beth thought of everything. The property was very clean, communication was seamless, and the location was perfect (walkable to the beach and all the restaurants) -- we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this property!

Family vacation

We had our family of 4 adults & 6 kids enjoy the cottage. The area & cottage was great. It’s a short walk to the beach or boardwalk. The cottage was really spacious & clean. Also the hosts were easy to get in touch with if you needed anything or had any questions. You’ll not be disappointed if you vacation here. Margaret

Awesome Hampton Beach Home

Our family had the opportunity to enjoy the amenities (newly updated home, AC, walking distance to beach on a deadend street) for a week in July. It was close to many attractions -touristy but appreciated the availabilty to walk for an icecream after dinner or to listen to nightly live music at the bandshell. A lot of traffic on the boardwalk but all managed by police presence. Everyone came home happy -

The house was beautiful and clean and accommodated our family of 8 people. The house was well stocked with all the amenities needed. There were plenty of bath and beach towels and beach chairs, the beach cart was great for getting our things to the beach. There were plenty of toiletries and every detail was thought of. There were even feminine products which I've never been provided but was an excellent touch. The location of the house was fantastic and it was very close to the beach and boardwalk and only a short drive to the supermarket. The owners thought of everything one could need while on vacation. A couple suggestions: There is no closet in the master bedroom so I suggest adding some additional door hooks in this room to hang clothes. The master bathroom was beautiful and spacious. The window in there although high had no blind or curtain. We were somewhat conscious of feeling on display when undressed in the bathroom. Lastly the kitchen was fully stocked with more herbs supplies and every possible utensil or pan one would need. I would only suggest leaving olive oil or pam spray or both as this is often something you need when cooking but often forget to bring when you travel. I'm really nit picking here honestly as this home was incredibly well stocked, pristine and I could have left most of what I usually pack at home.

Why they chose this property

We love our location here in Hampton because it is a dead end street with easy access in and out as well as a short walk to the beach. The beach location is near the Marine Memorial Statue and public bathrooms.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it was built in 1940 but completely renovated and a second floor added in 2022. It is on a dead end street that is family friendly and has off street paved parking for 6 vehicles.
