I’ve had the best guests!

Hi everyone: I’d like to sincerely thank all the great guests that stayed at our home, and those of you who viewed the listing. I’ve taken it off the market and as soon as the last guest leaves will pause the listing. Currently all dates are blocked off so I don’t want any of you to waste time searching for open dates.

Hi everyone: I hope it's not too obvious, but last year was our first season opening our other house to guests. We live in Queens, NY.

Why they chose this property

Most of you know all about the North Fork, so I won't repeat the attractions, but I do have a sister who lives just blocks away. As you know, it's a plus to have family so close.

What makes this property unique

Hmm. That depends upon which other listings are active, right? There may be many similar listings or very few, :). I have tried to be competitive with the pricing, or maybe a bit on the less expensive side--but there are a wide range of prices.
