Central air. Gas stove. Combining the charm of an antique home with modern comfort. Quiet location in the historic district. Relaxing, fenced garden, with gas and coal bbq. A fire pit, and an array of lounging areas, with sun and shade available at all hours. Train, Jitney, Ferry, Restaurants, Shops and waterfront less than 1/2 mile.
