About this property

This Blue Sky Escapes Studio Beachside condo/Walkout to Hot tub, Pool and BBQs

My studio condo is located in the perfect location on the ground level walk out from the patio directly to the pool and BBQs for poolside dinning and right across the street to a beautiful white sand swimming beach Kamaole Beach II. It is one of the only studio units in the whole complex that has its own washer/dryer.

I lived on Maui for 30 years. Both my children were born and raised there and I bought this condo in 2012. I started on VRBO in 1998 with my first vacation rental condo. I later bought at the Maui Banyan for its great location. I was a firefighter for Maui County for 20 years and retired in 2021. Please feel free to ask any questions about the island if you need assistance with anything. I am an avid water sports enthusiast and (windsurfing, wing foiling) and I love to snow ski.

Why they chose this property

Maui Banyan is located directly across from Kamaole Beach II a beautiful white sand swimming beach and walking distance to many nice restaurants and shopping. You can drive to seven more great beaches in 5 minutes or less.

What makes this property unique

The walk out location to the pool, hot tub and BBQs are a real plus but especially only a few minutes to get to the beach walking. You don't have to drive a car to get to a great beach.
