The property impressed as soon as we walked in with how clean it was. The property was spacious, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Great stay!
Great place to stay with plenty of room for our Family! Condo is really new and the amenities gave us everything we needed to relax after a long day of adventure.
The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was nice and clean. There was a good view of the mountains, but also of a trailer park. It was a distance from downtown Moab, so a little drive to a market for supplies and groceries.
Our stay at Vizcaya#6 was very nice. The building seems new and overall very clean. The managers were extremely (same day) responsive. The building was quiet during the night and fairly quiet during the day. I think it was quieter than staying in the city of Moab would have been.Two minor issues: first, the building is in an industrial business area, not a residential area. Not a big deal, but it seemed a bit odd as we were pulling up. And the beautiful views of the mountains unfortunately have the view of the industrial businesses in the foreground. Second issue is that recycling isn't offered as an option and I think that is a shame.Overall a very nice stay.
Super clean , comfortable and nicely decorated apt . Kitchen was very well supplied and we appreciated the coffee . Convenient location but not the most scenic area . Recommendations : felt the main entrance door should have a code , one of the guest rooms had no end tables ( which was awkward) and sheets in guest room were pilled , bed pillows in the rooms are way too puffy
This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It's spacious enough for a few adults and a couple kids. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. The hot tub on the patio is the perfect add-on to end a day full of hiking and adventuring. Tyler and Haley are easy to communicate with. They provided us with all the necessary information we needed to get to the condo and even gave us some tips on good places to eat. All in all, we had a great time!
We planned some biking and hiking in the Moab area and did not need to stay right downtown, so this property about 8 miles south worked well.The condo had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice feature to relax at the end of the day. Since the building and unit were quite new, everything was fresh and nice.It was located in more of an industrial/business park area, so was a bit unusual and the ground view less than ideal but if you lifted your gaze, there were the mountains. Yay!
