Las Hadas: City Condo with Pool
Brand new, perfectly cozy condo in the Playa Sur neighborhood. Enjoy this quiet community, with so many great places within walking distance.
Located on the second floor, the condo is fresh and clean, with all new furniture, linens, towels etc. The living spcaes are open and inviting, perfect for winding down after a busy day at the beach, or out touring the city.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and eating. There is a Smart TV so that you can stream your own programming, and of course, high-speed internet so you never miss a beat.
We love the huge sliding doors in the living that open out onto the terrace. It's an additional seating area, and lets in so much fresh air and natural sunlight.
Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and large closets. Both also have windows, ceiling fans and air conditioners. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers, as well as a cleaning area with full-size washer and dryer, and a line to hang clothes to dry.
Next up, is the shared roof-top deck and pool. Such a great space to spend the day getting some sun, or even visit with friends in the evening. Pool towels are also provided in the condo.
The rent includes one secure parking space in the parking lot. These spaces are somewhat tight, so if you have a larger vehicle, we would recommend just parking on the street outside.

Why they chose this property
The walks on the malecon with awesome views of the ocean, the great food, the charming Old Mazatlan, are some of the reasons why Playa Sur area is our favorite part of town. There are so many places within walking distance, and the area is safe, friendly neighbors, etc.
What makes this property unique
The space is fresh, clean and contemporary. Furnished with the essentials for a great stay, including beach/pool towels, bedding, etc. The roof-top pool is incredible and a great place to be during the day to catch some sun, or right at sunset when the sky gets painted beautiful shades of pink, orange and red :)
