This brand new 9th Floor Condo in Pearl Tower Mazatlán offers unobstructed oceanfront views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches in the area from the living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom areas. Open floor with spacious dining area and living room. Sit on the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, have a massage, sit in the sauna, or exercise in the fully equipped oceanfront Gym. Why they chose this property

We are from California and always had a desire to own a property by the beach. Well, it was kind of impossible for us to own beachfront real state here in California; thus decided to purchase in beautiful Mazatlan. It's a lovely property.

What makes this property unique

Mazatlan has a lot to offer, from history to beautiful beachfront real state. Pearl Tower is located in the most upscale area and most beautiful beaches. The location is perfect as you have long beach walks to the South and to the North side of the building. There is no need for a car rental as the buses take you everywhere such as the beautiful historic town, touristic Golden Zone, and scenery coastal areas. You can also catch a taxi ("pulmonia") from anywhere in the town.
