Why they chose this property
My family has lived in this neighborhood for almost 28 years. It is a family friendly neighborhood where each afternoon you will see families walking their dogs or strolling while the children ride their bikes. We fell in love with the way in which the owners have preserved the historic nature of the homes while still bringing in a modern flair with the renovations and decor of the homes.
What makes this property unique
Old Historic Northwood was established in 1921. As a historic neighborhood the exterior structure of the homes have been the same for over 100 years but you would never know it driving around and entering this home. The house has been completely renovated and updated, from central AC to the amenities and interior design.
