Welcome to Village Des Pins located in Sarasota, Florida. Minutes from shopping, excellent restaurants, golf, and World Famous Siesta Key Beach. Upon entering our community, you will see a beautiful pond with fountain. Surrounded by colorful landscaping and various wildlife. You will see the clubhouse along with other amenities including a large, heated pool, spa, shuffle board, putting green, and barbecue grills. Beyond the Club House are tennis and pickle ball courts.

The villa has a King Suite, guest beadroom, two (2) bath full furnished, clean, comfortable, and private. One car garage along with screened lanai. The oversized master suite has access to the lanai, a king sized bed and 50 inch TV. Off the master is a full bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has one (1) full bed and one (1) twin bed. The living room and dining room space is a large open plan with vaulted ceiling. Dining has table seating for four (4). Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, and cooking utensils. Located off the kitchen is a breakfast nook along with a full sized washer and dryer. Wireless internet, local phone calls, beach chairs, coolers, towels, and umbrella are included. Combine these lovely features and convenience with the many amenities provided and you have the ingredients for the perfect vacation.

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful Villa!!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our week in your villa. It's completely updated, very spacious and spotless, and having a garage is an added bonus. The location is extremely convenient to Siesta Key Beach, Venice Beach, St. Armands, Downtown Sarasota, many golf courses and Longboat Key/Anna Maria Island. This is the place look no farther.

This villa is very clean and comfortable. I certainly enjoyed the huge screen TV and the wife loved the kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful property, quiet, and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great size for a family of four. Very clean. It was also very nice that they included beach chairs/umbrellas/ beach and water toys for the kids, and coolers to use! We would recommend staying in this property, it was very comfortable abs very well set up!

Really nice

The place was clean, and great location with easy access to go to beaches around… siesta key like 15 min away, Venice beach like 25 min… Community pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, mini putting area, everything close to this villa and nice and quiet. Place had everything you need to go to beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers,) even 2 bikes… We didn’t use any as we brought ours, but nice for people traveling from far…

Great Location & Perfect Space

This was a great property. The house was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. Very clean, had everything we needed. Loved having the lanai as well. Our only issue were the pillows in the master bed were not great. Overall, excellent location, close to everything, enjoyed the clubhouse and close to several beaches and shopping.

Good, clean, good location.

We are enjoy staying in this place. Very clean, comfortable bed, everything what you need in kitchen. Pots,Pans,Plates,Bowls,Utencils and even some spices. There was also everything you need for the beach like chairs and things to play in the sand. My only complain is that there was small insects in the kitchen.But we are thinking about staying next time here. Thanks .

Fully Equipped condo in great area.

Only problem was screened porch was close to Beneva Rd. So road noice. Also no grass between fence (6-8 feet) & porch.
