This villa is located just minutes from well known, white sand Siesta Key Beach - voted the best beach in USA, close to the Westfield shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, movie complex and food court.
There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses In Sarasota! Please check enclosed links.
Arts and Cultural attractions: Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries in downtown, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.

Nice location

Great property 👌with perfect location close to shopping beach and just a short drive to downtown. Loved how clean and well stocked the house was, everything you might need it has. Good and fast communication with manager. Will definitely recommend.

It was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Convenient washer n dryer. Very Close to pool. Pool was Wonderful. Close to everything. Good neighborhood. Great Restaurants close by. We would definitely come back.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient.

We stayed just under one month. Unit was so quiet we did not know we had a neighbor until three weeks into our stay. King size Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Location was within a 4 minute drive to food, department and drug stores. 15 mins to Interstate 75 made exploring this area of Florida very easy. Wi Fi was good. Tile floors throughout were a plus.

All the comforts of home

The villa was lovely, beautifully decorated, very roomy, and convenient to Siesta Key and many other spots we were interested in seeing. The beds were comfortable, and I especially liked the bathrooms and kitchen. The outside area of the villa is nicely kept, attractive and safe. Although we didn't venture into the pool or hot tub, it looked immaculate. The lanai was a comfortable spot to relax. When an unexpected situation arose, the owner Monika was very kind and understanding. Great visit.

Very nice rental with affordable cost

Unit was very nicely furnished and was well stocked with all household/ kitchen items that you could possibly need. The complex area landscaping was well maintained and pool and hot tub was very nice. The location is very convenient and just a short drive to the beaches at Siesta Key. Unit manager was great and always responded to questions promptly. The directions for arrival and departure were well defined and made everything easy. Great rental with great pricing.

Relaxing Stay

This home is immaculate and in a great location.....nice pool and beautiful, well cared for grounds. The master bed is a little on the firm side but the location is so quiet. Monika is great about responding to any questions or problems that arise. Thank you for a great stay!

We Love It!

We stayed at this community several times, and this particular villa is our favorite by far! We enjoyed every moment of it due to its cleanliness, amenities, and the sheer amount of space. We're happy with our reliable owner, who is prompt with her responses and preparation, and she was willing to help anytime. We're definitely coming back this September!

Amazing!

We stayed here in March of this year and had a wonderful vacation! This complex is so convenient to so many places. After the first week I joined the YMCA which was 1.4 miles from our villa. Everyday, I walked at least 4-5 miles and felt so safe. Monika was very good to us when we couldn't get to FL on time she rented our villa for two nights and she didn't have to do that. Thankyou, Monika, for all you did and the great communication. We will be back in March next yr at Village des Pins.

Highly Recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at this villa! It was new, extemely clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained! It had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy our vacation! The location was great; only an easy 10 min drive to the beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the key, and there is a mall within walking distance. The property was very quiet and had one of the nicest pools we have ever seen! Would definitely recommend this villa!
