The Kamaole Sands complex and condo is one of the best and most desirable locations, located just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. Large grounds with beautiful fountains to enjoy the soothing sounds. This condo is beautifully updated in both baths and the kitchen. Equipped with everything you would want/need for your stay, from fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, A/C in living are and private bedroom, electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens, etc. The lanai is the most wonderful place to sit, overlooking the gardens & to watch Maui's amazing sunsets or just to sit and enjoy a beverage and book. BBQ grills are on site to cook that great meal. A large pool, two hot tubs, are located in the center of the complex, for R&R on the days you want to soak up the Maui sun. Tennis courts are next to the complex office, for those who love the game.

This condo was located in the perfect spot close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Unit was clean, quiet and nice. Would definitely stay here again if I have to visit Maui again!

Loverly but not enough days

Accommo was typical, well stocked albeight needs an upgrade on utensils and the likes. Could have used a slightly better cleaning tho. Access to such things like cooler, chairs, boogy boards a bonus. Furnishings a little dated. All in all, a great stay and the resort is very nice.

Great Location!

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the complex was close to a variety of shops/restaurants and was also across the street from a great beach! I will definitely recommend to other friends/family.

Property is in great location across street from beach and easily within walking distance to restaurants, etc. Condo is comfy and had everything I needed. Only complaint was that there was someone else’s food still in fridge. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

Kamaole Sands, great grounds, great location

A repeat visit to Kamaole Sands did not disappoint. The kitchen had all that we needed and the bed was comfortable. Friends stayed on the pullout couch for our last night on Maui and found it not bad at all. This particular unit’s lanai looked onto a somewhat busy street and had room for only 2 chairs (one broken) and a table. The furthest possible unit from the beach and it was right next to the stairwell, but we were not bothered by any noise. The beach gear (including towels) needs to be updated/replaced. The grounds and pool area are so beautiful and it’s so close to the Kamaole beaches that you can’t beat the location. We love Kamaole Sands.

Great location and great property!

We are a family of 4 that stayed at the property for 8 nights. The condo was bigger than we expected with lots of space for our luggage and very comfortable with two full bathrooms. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, a small washer dryer, and it also had some small beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie board. The condo is all the way at the end of the floor, which helped as we didn't hear many people walk in the corridors and the lanai had more than180 degree views both to the ocean and the mountains. The location in Kihei is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, beach and the complex is huge with pools, tennis courts and pavilions with grills. The property managers are wonderful with communication. Any questions we had while we were planning our trip to after we reached there were answered within the hour. We had a small thing to be taken care of during our stay, and someone was sent within an hour to look at it. Only thing we possibly missed, were may be two additional chairs in the lanai (there are two currently). Overall a great place to stay at a great value!

Lovely place in Kihei

It was great being right across from the beach. Place had almost everything we needed, including beach supplies. Our host was responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable and we never needed the AC. Note the internet is not very fast, so if you’re doing video conferencing (needing upload/download) you might want to call in. It was fine for streaming Netflix

This home was perfect for our family of four. There was enough room for all to sleep, the kitchen was great for breakfast and reheating leftovers, and the pool was a nice break in the afternoon when the wind was too much at the beach. Our stay was handled very well, with all the information we needed ahead of time before arriving and a tidy home upon arrival. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was very private. Would definitely stay again.

We didn't mind being across the parking lot from the pool, which was quieter for our 8 month old, and weren't bothered by any traffic noise from the road off the balcony. The building itself is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, etc. and the property is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
