Main living area has 46' Big screen TV and leather couches and ottoman with slide out coasters. Separate laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Granite countertops with breakfast bar and 3 stools. Dining area seats 6 comfortably. Outdoor lake facing deck with table, chairs and retractable awning. Perfect location for happy hour.
4th level loft accessible from master or spiral staircase for gaming and fun area with table chairs and futon. The view gives you a peek of the lake.
Full use of Lake Village amenities included. ie...heated pool, tennis courts, jacuzzi, pool (75cent rent), ping pong.(25 cent balls)
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am and a maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted. Guests must obtain a parking permit at HOA and we do require a signed agreement. All guests must adhere to parking, quiet times, trash removal and all HOA/owner/county outlined rules ordinance and guidelines at all times while on the premise. Our agreement specifies all terms and conditions. Thank You

Max occupancy is 8 which includes infants and toddlers
Max permitted vehicles is 2 (two)
Guest will be issued 2 parking permits 1 per hoa and 1 per Douglas
County ordinance which both must be on display on the driver's side
dashboard of the vehicle ($500 fine could be imposed to owner of
vehicle if not displayed during the stay)
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bear bin 108B (do not
feed wildlife or leave any food in your car)
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be
strictly enforced.
No large gatherings shall exceed our occupancy at any given time. If you booked our home for guests than that shall be the max number of guests permitted to be on the premise. Please ensure you have accurately booked for the correct guest total as additional fees will apply.
Our minimum age to rent is 30
Agreement is required to be signed and a copy of the signing
responsible guest that booking is under must also send back a copy
of their Drivers License per our County Ordinance
