Welcome to our rustic Tahoe cabin, nestled just six blocks away from the pristine beaches of Lake Tahoe. This pet-friendly getaway boasts three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully fenced backyard, perfect for your furry companion to roam. Wood-stove, 2-3 off-street parking spaces, 3 barstools at the breakfast-bar, and a washer and dryer. Relax on the elevated back deck, basking in abundant sunshine and taking in the serene mountain surroundings. In the heart of Kings Beach, and walking distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Experience a Tahoe stay at our perfectly rustic and cozy cabin

Layout:
1st Floor- Living Room & Kitchen, 3 barstools at breakfast-bar, 1 large bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer in closet, and a bedroom with a double bed that features sliding glass doors to the elevated backyard deck, and access via a staircase to the fully fenced-in back yard.
2nd Floor- 2 bedrooms with King beds, and a bathroom with shower.

High speed wifi, and tv’s with Amazon fire tv sticks. Guest to use their own Amazon login.

Disclaimer- this house is a classic Tahoe cabin and is equipped with an in floor heater metal grated heater vent in the living room that is typical in classic Tahoe homes. This vent does get hot. Small children and pets need to be supervised to ensure safety.

Walking distance to all of the beaches, trails, shops, restaurants, and public transportation stops that Kings Beach has to offer. Pet friendly to up to 2 dogs per stay. (Please inquire directly for any variations from this.) A $100 pet fee, per each pet, will apply.

Holiday Booking Policy
Christmas- 5 night stay required, must depart by 12/26 or 12/27.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Cleaning the bbq grill is the guests responsibility if they use it, to prevent the attraction of bears!

Be bear aware! Please ensure all trash gets out into the bear bin, and that both latches are locked afterwards!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Mountain Bike excursion

Clean and cozy and perfect for my dog with the fenced back yard. Great location! Walk to the shoreline and KB restaurants. Great few days of mountain biking! Will definitely be coming back!

Mini getaway

My family and I stayed for 5 nights, it was an amazing mini getaway. My teenage boys loved walking to stores near by. It’s a short walking distance from the lake. Weather was amazing and it was nice that there were enough fans to keep us cool during the night. The cabin was supplied with everything we needed, from towels to toiletries. Highly recommended and will rent again in the future:

Kngs Beach Weekend

The house was great, it was centrally located so we could walk downtown, to the beach and to some hiking trails, The kitchen was well stocked with up to date kitchen tools and pots. It made cooking our meals easy. We appreciated that there were fans in the house to help with the air flow cause it was a hot weekend in Lake Tahoe. The house was very clean when we arrived and very comfortable.

Great location

The location of the place way great - very short walk to the beach! Our bed was very comfortable (which I don’t often get to say about VRBO or other vacation rentals) and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes and glassware. The only downside were it is listed as family friendly and I think our interpretation must be a little different than the owners. There are steep and winding stairs with no baby gate, the living room table has very sharp corners and there is also a very large grate in the floor for what I’m guessing is natural gas heating in the winter. Overall great stay but it did take some finagling to make it toddler friendly.
