Condo includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service quarters with laundry room, Air Conditioner in each room, ceiling fans in each bedroom, flat-screen TV in the living room, Max occupancy 7 people. Top-quality materials and finishing. The cleaning lady included every other day!

Complex Includes 24/7 security gate and personnel, Two communal pools, kids pools, reception area, elevators, shaded pergola at the beach, pool bar (which also services the Beach area), free wi-fi internet.

No car needed, as the Condo complex is located close to all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping, and ATM machines. Punta Cana airport is only a 30-minute drive and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged!

Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo. Electricity included up to usd 14 per night, any extra above that, the guest must pay.

Fantastic place to stay

The owner was responsive, professional and very helpful. This was our first trip to Punta Cana, and everything went smooth thanks to the help of the owner. I will stay there again and highly recommend the complex – she advised us to use Expedia for excursions, take that advice it works best.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach with an amazing view. The onsite beach restaurant and bar were excellent, and there was so much to do within a short walk that we never needed a car. Our group ranged from eight years old to adults, and everyone had a fantastic time. Shops, restaurants, and activities were all easily accessible. The unit was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with our host was smooth and responsive throughout. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way

We’ve done a lot of VRBOs and other vacation rentals but this was one of our best vacations in years. The condo was spotless, great views of the ocean, steps from the beach, and an incredibly responsive owner/manager who answered our texts in minutes. Comfy beds, great kitchen stocked with every appliance or utensil you would ever need or want, and roomy enough for six easily. To prove how much we liked it, we’re planning to book another week in February 2026.

Best porch ever

The apartment and accommodations were great. Pool and sunning fabulous. Nice beach that did a great job managing seaweed, pleasant effective staff, and a terrific cafe. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and an adequate little grocery across the street. The only downside was directions to the property itself — mapping apps were not accurate and would have been most helpful to just say — Playa Turquesa, go to security at main entrance. However all of this made up for by THE BEST porch I have ever had access to.

Upscale Condo - Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in Playa Turquesa previously, and this is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in. The decor, the view and the interior are all amazing and high quality. When we return, this will be our first choice. The location is perfect, just steps from the pool, beach and the beach bar. The property manager was excellent and helpful and she accommodated our request for a late check out without a hassle. We can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic condo and location

Had an amazing time in Punta Cana. We prefer VRBO over all inclusive options. This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (adult children). Ilia was great to work with for everything from arranging a taxi to/from airport, lining up an in-condo chef for terrific dinner one evening, and also providing recommendations for local restaurants. Very secure condo location and within easy walking distance of everything you need. The beach is great. Chairs and umbrellas for resort guests made logistics very easy. The on beach bar/restaurant is nice also. Would highly recommend!
