property there are 50 houses covering only 10% of the total space,the rest is covered by grass and hundrends of plants and trees.The house has a 180 beach view just 40 meters away from the beach.Mount Olympus lies ahead on the horizon creating the most beatiful sunset.Beach bars are a few meters away and the village 600 meters away.The house is 130 in three levels,with separate kitchen,living room,2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs,2 bathrooms and storage.The
outside area consists of two sea level patios,one in front and one in the back of the house and a balcony in the upper level.All electric appliances(refrigerator,freezer,
microwave, kitchen,second smaller refr.) and generally everything is provided.New linen and towels per guest along with cleaning service is provided every 4 days.A parking space is also reserved.
