Two-level villa within 1. 8 acre secluded garden, stunning views. A lighthouse, ancient relics in the locality, truly amazing beaches and amenities within walking distance.
There is a super market within 5' walk and various seaside restaurants and cafes within 800 meters in Posidi. The house is very spacious and has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms inside and one outside.
There are two kitchens and several possible dinning areas. The downstairs kitchen has been refurbished in April 2019.
One by the barbecue, one on the terrace and one inside the upper living area .

We are a couple of professionals born in Greece and living in the UK.

Christos was born and grew up in the island of Corfu and the property was their summer home where he used to spend the holidays since childhood.

Despina is a native of Thessaloniki, in the north of Greece next to Halkidiki. This property was their summer holiday home for many years.

Both properties are now managed together. Despina will answer enquiries, take bookings and answer any questions.

Why they chose this property

The villa is 20' walk to Posidi beach, in Chalkidiki,
The land was bought by Despina's parents in 1972.
They always wanted a holiday home in a
nice location with beautiful beaches nearby.
Despina's father worked hard on the grounds
and built the house in 1980.

The house is set in a spacious property fully covered by fruit orchard and an olive grove. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the house looking on the hills and the sea far in the distance, are stunning.

What makes this property unique

The property is located within a very big secluded and well looked after garden.
The property is very convenient, as the location
is very peaceful and beautiful and there is a
big choice of magnificent beaches nearby.
There is a supermarket within walking distance and
also several restaurants.
The house is very comfortable, with large spaces
and balconies. It is fully equipped.

We provide all linen and towels.
There is a weekly cleaning service with change of linen.
