Here, you'll find beach bars, restaurants with live music, game arcades, ice cream parlors, boutique shops, and more. Nearby attractions include Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets, featuring outdoor shopping, shows, and a variety of dining options. The North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex is close by, and a short drive takes you to Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel.

Minimum renter age is 25, and a guest age 25 or older must be staying on the property at all times. No smoking is allowed, and guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out is permitted.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.

*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Golf carts or trailers are not allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Motorcycles are allowed.
*Washer/dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.


Policies:
-Note: Property is currently for sale. There may be a real estate showing during your stay (around 5-10 minutes). You will be notified, and a licensed Realtor will be present and lock up when they leave. You are welcome to stay in the home or vacation - just go about your vacation as usual!

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
