Property located in one of the best neighborhoods of Miami Dade: Biscayne Park - bird sanctuary. Just across from amazing golf course.

All appliances are Kitchen Aid and design furniture from West elm and CB2

House is a duplex . You’ll enjoy complete privacy on your side of a house . No sharing space with anyone else . Backyard is fenced .

The house is located in an area where train occasionally passes through,. The train doesn`t honk, so you’ll hardly notice it passing by.
