Our family enjoyed a visit to DC for the Thanksgiving holiday, and this was the perfect spot to enjoy time in the district. Everything - from furnishings, to kitchen, to bedrooms and linens - was well appointed and made us feel right at home. Our extended family of 6 (plus one more couple who dropped in for the day) really enjoyed our stay at this charming townhouse! The location was excellent - very quite at night, and walking distance to the park, nearby coffee & wine shop, restaurants, and museums.We enjoyed getting to know a new neighborhood vs. staying in a downtown hotel. This was a great property for our family vacation (7 adults). There was plenty of room with good accommodations, comfy beds, and a nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed at this house with a group of eight people, and it was an excellent experience. The home is very clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It was warm, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to sit together and sleep comfortably. There is also a convenient workspace, which was important to us.A special thank you for the kitchen, it is fully equipped and has all the essentials. And an extra thank you for the coffee machine. Being able to make a really good espresso or cappuccino in the morning made our stay even better.The location is very convenient and close to the Capitol, which was perfect for our plans. Everything was great, and we will definitely stay here again.Also, a big thank you to Gary, who was always available, answered all my questions quickly, and communication was extremely easy and pleasant.

Our family of four absolutely loved this place! The location was ideal- we loved walking to the park and to the Eastern Market as well as to the Smithsonians. Fantastic location

Property was as described. Neighborhood was quiet. We traveled with our three children during spring break and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the extra space to spread out after a long day sightseeing. Owner was quick to answer any questions I had, gave recommendations and despite street parking we found a spot easily! Definitely recommend :)
