Welcome to your next favorite adventure! Nestled in a quiet, no-wake cove in Kingsland, Treetop on Lake LBJ offers an idyllic retreat for your family or friends. Spend your days on the lake, utilizing the provided kayaks and paddle boards. Boats and jet skis can be rented from Splash Boat Rentals, just down the road, or you can tie your own boat up to the concrete bulkhead.

After spending a fun-filled day on the lake, head for the back patio and cool off in the pool. Roll up the back garage door to enjoy the home's game room where you can watch a ballgame or movie on the 65” TV while relaxing in the comfy movie chairs, and engage in some playful competition over games of bumper pool, ping-pong, foosball and poker. The expansive back patio features a gas grill, outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs.

Back inside, the main living area boasts an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy sectional, and a large smart TV. After preparing your favorite dishes amidst the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, gather around the dining table for six.

This home features a King Bed in the primary bedroom, queen beds in the secondary bedrooms plus twin bunkbeds in the loft area, each lined with high-quality linens and central air. Before you take a moment to yourself and call it a night, make sure to enjoy the second-floor or third-floor decks - situated amongst the treetops.

Things to Know
Pets, smoking, and partying are not permitted on the property.
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. 
There is not a boat lift offered to guest.
Pool is not heated, please remember that the weather in TX can fluctuate
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Please note: Water balloons are not allowed at the property.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
