The hostess was so easy to message with and quick to respond. The cottage looked just like the pictures and we had a wonderful anniversary weekend in Flagler. Everything was in walking distance and we will definitely be back

Absolutely what we wanted, close to the beach Golden Lion, Rocky’s, and Finn’s. I would do it again. For big men a bigger toilet or and seat is what is needed. Other than that two split units for AC were comfortable. Thanks Saul and Maggie

Classic Cottage Style

This was just a cute little cottage in the heart of Flagler Beach. I would describe it as a "classic cottage"--small, a bit outdated, but the rustic feel transports you a bit back in time to historical Florida which I liked. It was exactly as expected from the pictures and description online. It had everything we needed for our short stay. We really liked that it was close to all the downtown shops.

Great Location for the total Flagler Beach experience

Flagler Beach is a great destination. You better get there soon before commercial development and community growth change the easy going complexion of this getaway beach town. The neighboring bustling town of Palm Coast is fast encroaching on the quaint old town feel of Flagler Beach.

The location was really incredible. Super close to everything in Flager and right across the street from the Beach. The host was perfectly communicative and the check-in/out process was very smooth. Unfortunately, we felt the apartment was a lot more rundown than how it appeared in the images. There was a pretty strong mildew smell, probably because the apartment was old and close to the water. I would suggest replacing the mattress, if not all the furniture. The yard was completely overgrown and we saw 2 snakes hanging out in the grass. We love wildlife, but just wasn't expecting it. But if that isn't a huge concern for someone and they're just looking for a place to crash, then I'd say this place is perfect!

Delightfully retro and SO convenient

We were looking for a unique, clean, and convenient place to stay in Flagler Beach, and this place fit the bill perfectly!It's an upstairs cottage in a collection of a few other rentals. The decor is bright and happy. It's Florida, but the not the sun-faded condo Florida that some places have.The place is older, but it is very well kept and clean. There were even beach items any many extra towels.The two mini-split HVAC units worked VERY well, but they were a little hard to adjust to keep from overpowering the place with AC!We would definitely stay at this delightful place again.If you are looking for great beaches without the Daytona and Panama City crowds, consider Flagler Beach.

Cute little cottage with everything you need

The owner was fantastic to message with and very kind. The cottage was cute and came with everything you would need for your stay such as silverware and dishes, coffee pot, etc. it’s even cuter in person. The shower is small but it gets the job done. The beach is right across the street, plus it is located in the middle of the beach strip with plenty to do, including a bar a block down. Would definitely recommend if in the area and plan on coming back next time we are in Flagler Beach.

Bike week 2021

Close to everything in town of Flagler, close to beach, shops, and resteraunts. Quiet neighborhood. Noise was not bad for being bike week. Shower was small but always had hot water. Wicker furniture in living room area. My husband would of preferred a couch. It was nice not to be taken advantage of with pet fees which was a plus. And having more than 1 pet we were limited on rentals. Overall Andres was very pleasant and let us check in a few hours early since we were traveling from PA and drove all night for about 16 hours in the vehicle. I would rent from him again, but would rent a larger rental. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Hidden gem

We were able to get some days off from work last minute so wanted to plan a quick beach trip. We took only about an evening to research ,plan and book our trip. We weren’t familiar with Flagler beach but found this property and ask the owner a few questions which he promptly answered so we booked. We are glad we did. We loved the cottage.... it’s several units on the lush, green grounds that make you feel like you have stepped back into old Florida!! The cottage was perfect for us. Perfect size for couple and small pup. Everything we needed was provided plus we were welcomed with a note and bottle of wine. Being unfamiliar with the area we found it interesting but enjoyable. We didn’t get I. The car all week. We were able to walk everywhere.... stores, restaurants, eateries and bars all close by.... not to mention the beach is directly across the street. We just grabbed our chairs a book and waked right over! There’s a donut/coffee shop right behind. We walked to friends every morning most morning for breakfast. Great food and service. Crocs grill on corner has really good hot dogs. We had an amazing Italian dinner at Romero’s Tuscany by the sea one evening and an incredible seafood dinner at Flagler fish company. Highly recommend those. All within walking distance. At check in time we received a text from the owner welcoming us and letting us know if any questions to reach out to them. At check out time today we received a text saying he hoped we had enjoyed our stay and would be back! We were very satisfied with the property and location and the communication level from Andres’. Andres is an amazing host and our month was so awesome that we have already booked for six weeks next winter. The location is superb - half a block to the ocean, a block to mutiple restaurants and pubs. An easy stroll to the phenomenal Betty Steflik Nature preserve!

My partner and I fell in love with Flagler Beach over 35 years ago, and bought this property in 2003 while we were both teaching in Gainesville, FL. We remodeled this five cottage complex over the past few years and all five units are ready for vacation rental now in this complex and two units elsewhere in Flagler Beach. We have been offering vacation rentals in Flagler Beach since 2001. We now live in Miami Springs, and plan to retire in Flagler Beach in the future. I welcome your inquiries through this website, or by phone, or e-mail. I will respond quickly. Although we no longer live close to Flagler Beach, we visit often, and we have a local caretaker who attends to maintenance of the property and to the needs of our guests.

Why they chose this property

This cottage is one of five in a complex of a duplex and a triplex. It is centrally located with the beach a short half block away; and most restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. This unit is one block from Moody Blvd, the main street in Flagler Beach, and two blocks to the famous Flagler Beach Pier.

What makes this property unique

The most attractive aspect of Flagler Beach is its peacefulness and small beach community charm. There are no franchises on the beach, nor high rises. There are several small local restaurants and cafes with excellent food, a couple of galleries, some nice bars, and a friendly community.
Marineland is 10 minutes north, and Daytona Beach is 20 minutes south. Historic St. Augustine is a half-hour drive away, and Orlando and Disney are within an hour's drive. Major airports are within an hour and a half drive.
The sunrises are fabulous at this time of the year. The beach is less that a block away. The ocean water temperature is cool this time of the year, and the sun is bright and warm. At night sit and contemplate the constellations and the planets from anywhere, the patio, the beach, or walking around the town! This is an ideal place for moon lovers, and star gazers. Fish from the beach, or from the nearby pier. Bring your own bicycle and enjoy riding around this small community! During the winter months Right Whales may show up at the beach, and dolphins are visible year round. If you are planning a family reunion, a wedding, or any type of small group activity, this location could be ideal reserving the whole compound of four cottages and one studio.
