Andres is a wonderful and welcoming host. My husband, myself and my dogs have been coming to this location for awhile now. It is a a very cute and comfortable property in a great location. There is nothing that beats sitting on the deck, watching sunrise and listening to the waves. We so look forward to our next stay. Thank you again Andres for everything!

So people always ask about location - this was ideal as you are right on A1A w/RT 100 and 95 in close proximity - Daytona is only 20 minutes away!!My host was great with communication to make sure I was set and welcomed my White Swiss Shephard to the VRBO, there was also written material on how Flagler Beach came to be - along w/details of the surrounding area if needed, which was very helpful. A bottle of wine was set on the table for when I walked in - and after a long drive of 18hrs - it was definitely needed!! Your deck off of the living area has awesome views of the beach as you can see the waves crashing on the shore right from here, also witnessed 2 launches from the Kennedy Space Center early in the morning - so that was neat to see from a CT native that never witnessed something like that before. Walking distance to Craves which has Gator tail on the appetizer menu-worth a try if you never tasted a local cuisine, or try High Tides @ Snack Jack for a laid back atmosphere - either place will not disappoint.I was pleased with my choice and glad I stayed here.

What a View!

We had an incredible time at Casa de la Playa Altos. We had our two kids (4 and 2) and this was the perfect place. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was just incredible. We will be coming back.

Our stay at Casas de la Playa Altos was wonderful! The view from the deck (and the bedroom) is enticing. Everything was perfect. It’s so convenient having the beach right across the street. Flagler Beach is one of our favorite places. Also, it was a pleasure to meet Andres. He is a great guy!

Absolutely loved this beach house. Perfect location and perfect for 2. The large outdoor deck/patio was a plus with ocean view right there in front of you. Plenty of amenities to cook your own meals and close to restaurants and grocery store. Walking was easy and not far from a few eateries. This upstairs unit was was perfect and we'll be back again!

We stayed at this property during Christmas. We loved it so much. very clean, cozy place. very quite area, no traffic. beach is across the street, you can see it from the property windows. everything is walkable distance, lots of parks, shops, good restaurants.

Great cozy cottage with excellent ocean view.

Nice little upstairs apartment. Nothing fancy, but that is part of the appeal. Feels like a second home. Great ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and large wrap around deck. Very clean and well stocked with essentials.

Spring Break

I cannot exaggerate how relaxing a vacation I had at Casa de la Playa. I still have Flagler weather on my phone and daydream of going back. I hope to soon.

Vintage Vibes on the Ocean!

Wonderful location at Flagler Beach. Close enough to restaurants and activity, but far enough for quiet. Beach walkover was right across the street, very convenient. The owners were super, providing very clear check in info and recommendations for birthday restaurants. Altos was just as the pictures represented, with everything we needed for a nice stay. Cute vintage decor gave an old Florida vibe, lots of character. We would visit again!

Great Beach Vacation

Casas de la Playa is a great place for beach lovers! It's a cozy little beach house and the view from every room was awesome. The location is also great because you can easily get to all the attractions such as St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Orlando. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back. Thanks for everything Andres!

Could not have been better!

We loved our stay! The area is so nice, mostly residential and we just about had the beach to ourselves every day. The beach is dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The condo was just perfect, very homey with everything we could possibly need! We loved the character of the place, colorful and cozy. We also encountered one of the resident turtles in the yard! The beach access is right across the road, a quick and easy walk. My daughter and I did not want to leave, that was the only downside.

Great view!

We had a wonderful stay at Casas de la Playa. The view is amazing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the "Welcome" bottle of wine! It is close to restaurants and you can walk to the pier. You can watch the sunrise from the deck or even from the bed if you don't want to go outside. We will be back and look forward to it!

Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your comments. Flagler Beach is such a wonderful little beach community that you can walk almost anywhere. The restaurants are great and not operated by franchises, providing unique opportunities from pizza, to seafood, to great steaks, and even duck in sweet and sour sauce. The bars are also very nice and usually provide some type of entertainment. Yet, as you stated, if you want to stay in bed and watch the sun rising above the ocean - just look out the window.
