You can walk or take a taxi to the town of Jaco with its many restaurants and shops. Gated 24/7 community. Book your tours right from the condo with pick up and return service. Fishing is great and nearby. Surfing - the best.
Take a dip in the Pacific Ocean or the 3 swimming pools on site, and a kiddie pool.

If you like hiking the rain forest abuts the beach and is within walking distance. The views from the rain forest are unbelieveable. You can see the entire Jaco beach from various areas in the mountains. Horses can be rented to climb the mountain as well.

Hi there, my name is Sylvia and my husband's name is John. We have a 30 year old son, John who is a Vice-President of a large banking firm in Manhattan. My husband is retired and I work for a local municipality. We have been married for 50 years.

Why they chose this property

We have visited Costa Rica every year since 1999. We immediately fell in love with the Country and the Costa Ricans who are very friendly. Finally after doing our homework, we decided to buy a condo under pre-construction on Jaco Beach in 2007. We were very excited to watch the development being built.

What makes this property unique

On our first visit to Costa Rica we stayed at the Los Suenos Marriott Hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes by taxi from our condo. Fishing, Swimming, a Casino, Wave Runner rentals and Fine Dining are available at the Marriott. Jaco Beach, walking distance from development to development or restaurants along the beach make a perfect setting. Wildlife such as the beautiful macaws and toucons and plentiful. You can travel anywhere in Costa Rica by local bus or Grey Line Tours.
