Welcome to our newly renovated, modern Seaside Villa Siesta Key. This stylish villa can accommodate the largest family. The villa has a perfect location in the southwest Pelican Area overlooking a wide canal with access to the gulf. From the pool area, the great location is emphasized by the spacious, heated saltwater pool with whirlpool.
If you don't feel like cooling off, you can enjoy the spacious pool area including Smart TV with family and friends. Either with a convivial barbecue evening at the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue or with a relaxing sunbath on the numerous sun loungers.
Inside, too, the modern Seaside Villa Siesta Key leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with water and ice dispenser. For coffee lovers, there is a normal filter coffee machine and also a Keurig pad machine. Everything is available for cooking.
The open and modern living area is equipped with two dining areas, a comfortable leather suite and a 70" Smart TV. There is an office separate from the living area. WiFi is available throughout the house.
From the master bedroom, which is furnished with a king-size bed and a Smart TV, you have direct access to the pool area and your own master bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, a walk-in shower with steam bath function and a WC.
The first guest room is also equipped with a Smart TV, has direct access to the pool area and has a king-size bed. The directly adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.
The second guest room is furnished with a queen-size bed and also has a Smart TV. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a WC, shower and washbasin.
The third guest room is furnished with a bunk bed and two single beds. There is also a Smart TV here.
In the study there is another double futon bed and also a Smart TV.
The little ones are also catered for. In the house there are board games, children's toys and a fishing rod that can be used directly on the wide canal. A rental boat can be moored at the seawall.
The garage can also be used.
