The house is adorable! 2 things- a golf cart is needed and the king bed needs to be replaced as it sagging. Our backs hurt. (I’m in the mattress industry). This is the perfect rental for a group of adults or families with older teens. The pictures are amazing but don’t show the fact that the lower level isn’t accessed internally. So I’m glad my teens had a separate entrance but had they been younger whew. The gate access was a pain having to call the gatehouse every time but they got to know us the week we were down. Just hold up the printed pass to the camera! The pool and beach access are a short car ride. The views are amazing!
Lower entrance to bunk beds and queen bed are in cart port-don’t lose the key- door locks easily and it’s a $50 fee to come out and let you in
