Get cozy in this newly renovated, upscale barndominium located minutes from I10 and the “Secret Coast” in southern MS and only 1.5 hours from New Orleans. Local attractions include The Sound Amphitheater(10min), beaches(20min), and the artsy coastal town of Ocean Springs(15min). The 2bed/3bath apartment is situated above an eight stall working barn. Guests will be immersed in the sights and sounds of equestrian life. Enjoy sunsets on the balcony off the primary suite overlooking the main pasture watching the horses graze and frolic or your wine by the fire pit on the back porch listening to calming sounds of nature.

The space
The barndominium offers two professionally designed bedrooms and baths with high end linens, comfortable mattresses, and a variety of pillows to suit your preference.

The primary suite has a queen bed and private balcony. The attached bath offers a luxurious walk-in shower, vanity lighting and fluffy bath towels for a spa-like experience.

The guest bedroom has two single beds and a spacious closet. The bathroom is just next door with a tub shower combo, elegant wallpaper, and exceptional towels for your comfort.

A complimentary bar of locally made goat milk soap is provided in each bath, in addition to shampoo and conditioner.

Guest access
Guests will enter the apartment through the center aisle of the barn. The entry leads to a stairwell that will take guests to the second floor. Please respect the animals that also dwell on the property and do not enter their space, including but not limited to pastures, stalls, arenas, trailers, campers, feed and tack rooms. There is exception to guests that are traveling with their own equine companions and have rented additional space for them with prior notice. The entry to the apartment will be clearly marked and we ask you only enter this door.

Other things to note
We asks guests to keep in mind that The Barn at Bluff Creek Farms is a working equestrian property. There will be farm staff on property at different times during your stay. There is a bathroom at the entry downstairs that will be shared with our staff. A locking door is provided between the bath and the apartment so you will have exclusive privacy to the rented space. There may be additional guests on the property as we also offer hookups to travelers hauling horses through the area. Although they will have their own living quarters, they may also have access to the downstairs bathroom but no access upstairs. Please note, there are cameras monitoring the outside perimeter of the property for the safety of our guests and our animals. Areas monitored are balcony view, parking, entry and aisleway of barn from both ends.
