And, within a mile there is 5 casinos, 30+ restaurants, MGM Ballpark, 3 Museums, Yacht Club, Bakery, Public & Private docks, 2 community centers, theaters, shopping, charter fishing, shrimp and city tours, water park, Margaritaville Resort with family fun park, Churches and I-110 access. This home is elevated and has an entertainment area and covered parking. Plus, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, linens, All kitchen utensils, SS appliances.

You won't be disappointed. Located one block from GULF and HWY 90. This property has location, parking under the house for up to five cars or entertaining your friends. Additional space available on the adjacent lot for boats, trailers, etc..

Everything was PERFECT!!! If I’m ever in this area again I’ll definitely stay at this property again. The property is extremely clean, newly updated and perfectly located. The beach is in walking distance and we even walked to a nearby Waffle House. I highly recommend this property.

We are located in the heart of the Biloxi area and you can walk to almost everything you will want to do, such as dining, shows, ball park, beaches and more entertainment, yet enjoy this quiet restful home while you are enjoying the vacation of your life.

We purchased this lot and built this home because of it's location and view of the Gulf. Plus, it is within walking distance to downtown and all of the amenities.
